Splitting the Sky is getting their day in court after being arrested for trying to Citizen's arrest George W Bush when he was in Canada last year.
Seems the group has some Canadian Court opinions on its side as to whether the US, and particularly GW Bush, committed war crimes when they tortured prisoners.
And, I assume the Canadian Courts take precedence a little more seriously than the activist right wing nut jobs on our highest courts now.
