Hurricane Damage Will Be Worse, thanks to Bush

Yup. Bush has cut the budget for New Orleans' hurricane and flood protection efforts every year that he's been in office.
In 2001, the New Orleans district spent $147 million on construction projects. When fiscal year 2005 wraps up Sept. 30, the Corps expects to have spent $82 million, a 44.2 percent reduction from 2001 expenditures.
Shameful. But, hey, sorry all you liberal Orleaners. The rest of your state voted for him.

Oh, and where's the Louisianna National Guard? Bush will never be able to wash the blood off his hands.

I suppose I will never understand how he could do such a thing. Read some very interesting articles here. Thanks.
